Here is a draft of the NSI Document Distribution Service (DDS) recommendation. This is a protocol for distributing NSI specific documents between NSI agents.
This is a recommendation document and is part of the NSI protocol suite.

Copied the document to /var/www/ogfweb/documents/ as GFD.236.pdf and made a soft link to this file from the lower-case variant gfd.236.pdf (as we have always done to avoid case sensitivity in retrieving documents). Reassigning to Greg to close if there are no remaining problems.
