Thanks for this. It is ready for 30-day public comment. However, I would like to wait until #88 and #89 are in public comment, so people can see all three together. Once those two are approved by the standards council, all three will be announced for public comment.

Update from the standards telecon July 8: The group is considering whether this document is still pertinent, and may opt to instead focus on a replacement document. We await formal word from the group.

This document describes several options for building a topology distribution service. This work has moved on considerably since this document and it is no longer relevant.

For this reason this document can be removed.
