Description

Section: 9.4.2 - When we say 'string' we mean string or hexbinary - seems some of the material isn't relevant to hexBinary, or at least that this way of explaining is confusing.

I don't think we refer to hexBinary as a kind of string anywhere else, and as all other uses of string are discussing textual stuff, this seems like an odd usage.
