Editorial: standardize the way property values are presented (don't use "=" in prose)

Throughout the spec, make prose work like this:
not
dfdl:nilKind="logicalValue"
instead say
dfdl:nilKind 'logicalValue'
or
when dfdl:nilKind is 'logicalValue'
or
dfdl:nilKind of 'logicalValue'
as appropriate

Not controvercial. These were just missed in the last round of edits. Resolution is to make these edits.
Of note: this is minor editorial change. Has no impact on meaning, so I don't even think change-tracking is required here.

changes in draft-gwdrp-dfdl-v1.0.4-r06.docx. There are some places where I chose to leave "=" purposely. In some cases when dealing with unqualified properties (e.g., maxOccurs="1", the fact that there is no dfdl: prefix on it, the = lends some useful qualification that we're talking about schema attributes.
