  • Status changed from public comment to assigned

We will wait until #308 is ready for public comment, and then send #308 and #323 together. This is because they are related, and it will be more relevant for readers of #323 to have #308 available for review.

  • Status changed from to be published to author action

Per email correspondence with the authors/editors:

1. Author affiliations are not listed in the header. Would you like to add these? It's not a requirement, but is typically done. You could also add a section towards the end that lists affiliations.

- Yes, could you please add these affiliations: Chin Guok and John MacAuley: ESnet, Guy Roberts: GEANT Tomohiro Kudoh: tba... he has changed organizations. I will ask him which he prefers to use.

2. Since you have made the further change with UUID, should you also upload #323, the Delta document? https://redmine.ogf.org/issues/323

- I will ask John M to updated.

Both documents (323 & 308) need to have the correct current copyright statement added (from #152 at www.ogf.org
). I will do this, unless you happen to do it sooner. I will also assign GWD numbers and adjust the headers/dates, as part of the final publication process.

- Yes, please do thanks.

This is now published and online at www.ogf.org

I am attaching the final .docx and .pdf. The only changes I made were to headers/footers, and to use the current (2012) IP/copyright statement.

Thanks again for the great work by the contributors to this document!
