Description
Bug in the table in section 12.3.7.2.1. There is a row for xs:decimal where it says the minimum number of bits is 2. This should be 8 as lengthUnits 'bits' is not allowed for xs:decimal. The table should also have a footnote stating this restriction.

DFDL WG agreed that the table in section 12.3.7.2.1 row for xs:decimal should be 8 as lengthUnits 'bits' is not allowed for xs:decimal. The table should have a footnote added stating this restriction.
