Description
XPath allows implementation-dependent evaluation of expressions thereby allowing either lazy (sequential) evaluation or full (parallel) evaluation of expressions with OR and AND clauses. Should DFDL be similarly flexible, or insist on one or the other?

Discussed by WG. The spec will insist that lazy (sequential) evaluation left-to-right is implemented so that behaviour is consistent.
