OS Template -- naming issue

Consider re-naming the `os_tpl` (OS Template) mixin. Using OS (Operating System) is misleading, `apl_tpl` (Appliance Template) would be an option. It could be introduced now as an alternative to `os_tpl`, deprecating `os_tpl` and superseding it in future versions.
