Explicit lengths given by expressions when unparsing

Erratum 2.100 clarified that such an element has variable length when unparsing.
Sections 12.3.7 and dfdl:textPadKind have not been fully updated to make this clear.

Steve has created a Word document that makes the required changes.

Updated errata 2.100 in experience document 1.
Note that the changes are a bit fiddly so the best source when updating the spec is Steve's Word document.
