Inconsistent table numbering

Section 12.3.7.4. Table numbered 7 should be 13.
Consider giving all properties tables numbers as well as other tables.
Inconsistent at the moment, eg, assert and discriminator properties tables are numbered.

Another instance of same numbering problem, for figures, not tables, which is likely systemic in the document:
Section 13.7.1.4 ends with Figure 5.
The reference to this from Section 13.7.1.4.1 says "Figure 4".

The calendar pattern symbol table does not have a table number.

Fix table numbers.
Drop table numbers from assert and discriminator properties tables.

draft-gwdrp-dfdl-v1.0.4-r05.docx all tables without captions were given captions. Misnumbered ones had their captions deleted and re-created and they now number correctly. (There are 75 tables!)
