Thanks for this, Agusto. Before this goes to review by the steering group, I would like to query your choice of "community practice" for this document. I have looked at it, and think it would be more appropriate as an "informational" document. Would you please look at GFD #152, to confirm your choice?
I see that Richard is also looking into speaking with the WG about the document's status.

I looked at gfd152, after Alan's suggestion, and my proposal follows my understanding of that document:
it can be modified according with the indications of the community.
