Dear John-Paul et al.,
Thanks for this submission. I have performed the initial Editor review, and am now submitting it for steering group review prior to 60-day public comment. I appreciate your group's efforts for this important submission.
I noted your request for publishing the schema. This is no problem to accompany the publication. It is part of our standard procedure to do so. Greg Newby

Could you please give us the GFD number we will receive so that we can add pointers to it in our final schema?

- Assignee changed from Greg Newby to John-Paul Navarro
This should have been reassigned to JP when Greg completed his GFD number assignment. This document is in author action until we hear back from the group as to whether they have completed any needed revisions and are ready for GFSG final review.

Greg.
What are the final changes we need to make to this document before we submit it for GFSG final review, besides:
- Set document name to GFD-RP.218
- Category: Change from "Recommendation" to what value?
- Accept any tracked changes and make minor spelling corrections
- Set document date to what?
Who can post the final schema for us to here?

Dear JP:
Thanks for following up. The standards council meeting schedule is somewhat variable, currently. Therefore, my suggestion is to leave the date as TBD, but otherwise to provide the final version that is ready their review prior to publication.
Once the standards council approves, there might still be minor changes... either way, you can then generate the final version for publication, with the date of approval.
Then, Andre will put the final document, as well as the schema, online. If there is a reason to have the schema there earlier, we can email him separately - no problem either way.
Thanks again. We're looking forward to seeing this document published! Thanks to you, and the team, for great work to get it this far.
