Adding 'save' action to Compute

=> add 'save' action to Compute actions (with method attr. = {hot, deferred})
=> impl. is provider-specific
=> will create a new os_tpl
=> impl. can use mixin attributes to create a relationship between the source (compute location + os_tpl id) and the new os_tpl mixin, for reference

(transparent extension, not breaking compatibility)
