Appendix D: 34.3 - material is redundant with 6.3 (definitions of character classes).
Appendices are typically non-normative, but it is still better not to say things twice.

The redundancy is limited to listing out the NL and WSP unicode character codes. That should be replaced by references to table 4 in section 6.3.1.3.

Eliminate the enumeration of the unicode codepoints replacing it with a reference to the prior section.
Rest of the material adds value and should be replaced.
Section 34.3 - awkward phrasing. "Each type of string literal part and of the DfdlESEntity is recognised as described in the table below:"
rephrase.

Comment #2 - no action - 'replaced' should be 'retained'.
Comment #3 - actually a typo - 'and of' should be 'and/or', so editorial.
