14.3.1 - Restrictions for Unordered Groups
Are there additional restrictions on the alignment of all the children?
I'm happy to say all children must have the same alignment.
Same issue for an ordered sequence, but with floating elements.

The restriction on the alignment of an optional element (has to be same as what follows it), is removed.
There are no restrictions added to alignment of the children of unordered sequences, choices, or floating elements.
