  • now: Currently no Advisory Committee; only Board
  • now: Board takes care of legal issues (signing contracts)

  • may help to increase ties with community (ensure influx of new groups by name dropping/suggesting OGF as place for their work)
  • also tasked with representing OGF

• populating GFSG from chairs
  • give chairs option to be involved w/o having AD duties attached
  • auto-add to GFSG (list/calls)
  • keep them posted with frequent internal GFSG / OGF updates

• AD to group matching not on Areas, but individually
  • note about potential conflict of interest if ADs are growing out of groups they are to shepherd.
