* Role of Board / FD: Advisory Committee
** now: Currently no Advisory Committee; only / Board
** now: Board takes care of legal issues (signing contracts)
** now: Appoints President
** people who think its important but don't have much time
** may help to increase ties with community (ensure influx of new groups by name dropping/suggesting OGF as place for their work)
** also tasked with representing OGF
* populating GFSG from chairs
** give chairs option to be involved w/o having AD duties attached
** auto-add to GFSG (list/calls)
** keep them posted with frequent internal GFSG / OGF updates
* AD to group matching not on Areas, but individually
** note about potential conflict of interest if ADs are growing out of groups they are to shepherd.
