Thanks for this. I enjoyed reviewing it.

Please add the required boilerplate sections for the OGF copyright and warranty. Use GFD #152 or any recent document as guidance. Once that's done, re-upload (a .docx to this tracker would be good), and we'll get it into public comment.

I sent a note to Chin asking for the boilerplate to be fixed, prior to public comment. Also for the document to be uploaded to this tracker.

Thanks for the comments.

I've added the boilerplate sections as requested and attached a .docx document in this update.

Thanks again!

Andre to create PDF, put into public comment, hand over to Greg

Updated by Redmine Admin over 9 years ago

Forgot to add the note, but this is now in public comment until July 20th.

No comments were received during public comment period. The GFSG decided to proceed with publication as a Community Practice document, as all of the likely commenters were included int he preparation of the document

During final GFD review on this basis, we noticed and corrected the copyright statement, which was out of date.

THis document is ready for publishing, and has the Area Director and GFSG approval. The Editor should now assign a document number based on the attached version, which changes the document only by updating its copyright statement. Then a PDF version should be prepared from this version and Andre can publish it once this is done.

Thanks for this. It looks like this is GFD-CP.208. Once it's online, I can announce it.
