* April 23 minutes approved with no changes

* Teleconference schedule

  - Reviewed and confirmed parts of the teleconference schedule.
    - Updates directly on Hiro's schedule ppt
    - Hiro will email people not present to confirm remaing slots
  - Andreas suggested keeping the teleconference plan in the group's
    calendar instead of a ppt file---making it more visible and
    possibly minimizing work

* Next F2F Meeting

  - Next F2F in planned for August 13-16.
  - Hiro has launched a new survey to confirm dates
  - Hiro is checking availability for Fujitsu facility in
    Sunnyvale. He has also asked Paul Strong if it is possible to have
    the meeting in eBay.
  - Oracle hosted the last meeting and is not an option this time

* OGSA Primer discussion postponed

* OGF21 
  - There is a plan for a one day F2F on the last day.
  - Steve Newhouse is looking into hosting it at the Microsoft campus

* OGSA co-chair
  - Hiro will send email to the candidates short-listed in the F2F
    minutes. Jem should also have been listed there; Hiro will email
    him as well.
  - Plan is to make a final choice by the August F2F latest. Earlier
    is better
