  Missing quorum by one
          - Hiro & Ravi were regular participants of the PE sessions and
            are on the call.
          - Would like at least one of Andrew Grimshaw or Ming
            Xu/Chris Smith

  Agreed to move this discussion to next week Monday (12/15) teleconf.

  Action: Hiro to confirm that Andrew will be on the call.

* AOB

  - Fred would like time during a teleconf to talk about some DCML
    issues. (Arrange it via Hiro.)
  - Resource Management teleconf is scheduled for 1/19. Very near to
    GlobusWorld. 

    Action: Hiro to check whether enough people will be available and
            if not adjust the schedule.
