  Some issues:
  - Clarify what's needed for WS-Names

  - Vocabularies for guarantee terms
  
* OGSA 1.5 - Data review draft

  Draft reviewed and updated during the session. It is circulated
  among Data members and will be delivered within 2 weeks.

* OGSA 1.5 - Review of Infrastructure section

  - Andreas and Jem to revise text on 'State' and 'Profiles' and send
    the revised draft to Dave Snelling to check wording.

* Next steps discussion

  - Confirming next steps and owners
  - EMS: Current snapshot in OGSA 1.5 and EMS architecture for OGSA
    2.0
    - EMS team wants to stay an OGSA design team
    - Should also confirm or consult with Compute Area directors this
      decision.
    - There is a question on who is leading the team (Agendas included)

  - Discussed options for back-to-back F2F: 
    - Agreed to a 1-day (Friday, 2/17) for GGF16
      - Location is unclear; 
      - Check IBM Greece and local universities

    - GGF17 in Japan: Did a number of straw polls
