Notes/Agreements

We want to produce a high level educational session, to be a part of the OGF19 Enterprise track
- The session materials should include the benefits of OGF membership and attending this session, why the participants would want to join OGF, and tangible examples with both benefits and issues
- Grid basics with links back to all the information they will be learning

A dimension of the project includes promotion
- How do we identify the CIO or decision makers in these organizations? Are there other “positions” we should target
- We will be looking at companies within a 100 mile radius of Triangle Research Park in NC
- What collateral is required to help them understand what is covered during the session, trigger their memory once back at work
- Is there a give-away we can provide that makes them feel special

We have to define in these sessions
- Who is the target audience, what mechanism to use to reach-out and promote people
- What our needs are, a publication, a call for participation and a presentation deck

Action Items

Cheryl to follow-up with Bob Cohen to determine if he can provide some assistance in determining which companies to target, or contacts within those companies
Create proposal to Board of Directors to request resources
Gwen to follow-up with Steve Crumb to ask for time to make a proposal to the Board of Directors for resources
This group to meet again on 12/6 to finalize details and request to the Board of Directors (12/13).
Gwen to follow-up with Ann to determine the costs of the additional logistics, nice room, refreshments, USB drive, leather tablet
Our next meeting has been scheduled
